I was actually paying attention, voicing frustration and writing poetry against the tyranny, propaganda and madness especially since 2020 and the mind virus and will continue going against
Why didn't you pay attention to your country well it was burning down Seattle Portland San Francisco Los Angeles Chicago New York City I could go on and on but why should I why didn't you defend those cities
Why didn't you pay attention to your children and the propaganda they were trying to shove down their throats in school without your permission changing their sexuality without your knowledge grooming your children where were you? Were you writing disparaging poetry at that time not paying attention.
Why why were you not there for the rest of your fellow citizens who were fighting for your freedom? why were you not there for them?
why do you insult your neighbors your friends perhaps your family members perhaps your church family
why you do this? I will never understand the mentality of those who would watch their country burn under a violent coup paid for and sponsored by foreign billionaires. Further I will never understand the ingratitude shown by you and those who think and feel the way you do, to not recognize the most powerful man in the world and the richest man in the world taking no payroll from us Taxpayers would give up their elite lives the money and the power to do anything or go anywhere, these are our elected leaders,our sitting president and his brilliant cabinet from day one improving the life of every single American citizen and if you're a citizen,
Mary Ann I would encourage you to look around and see the impact you may or may not be making in the improvement of this country and if you don't think it's worth it you're welcome to leave welcome to leave please do leave. We want our country safer for our children safer for our seniors we want more money in our pockets and for foreign interest and foreign countries to pay their fair share so that America can stop sending $256 billion per year multiplied by decades to Canada to strengthen their military and billions Mexico and for what, so they can send killer chemicals into our country or so Canada can turn a blind eye to their weak military and leave the America open to the forces that are threatening our borders, now where are your intelligent people? I would like to understand why you are so vindictive. You haven't seen the Republicans turn on you You never did with all your screaming and wearing masks, looting and fire starting, you would turn neighbor against neighbor? this I can't get how could you sit idly by writing poetry, I can't understand it please respond if you've got anything worth sharing 😉

As a fellow poet and a Voluntaryist (are you?—ALL governments are unnecessary evils), I enjoy your slant rhyme People/ill—although you might want to make that “We, the Sheeple” which we should be objecting to :).
All of the U.S. criminal governments’ “New Deals” are Old Steals and Raw Deals.
And yes, let us wise up and heal and heed Voluntaryist scholar Robert Higgs warning:
“The beginning of political wisdom is the realization that despite everything you’ve always been taught, the government is not really on your side; indeed, it is out to get you. The mass belief in the general beneficence of democracy represents a kind of Stockholm syndrome writ large. We shall never have real, lasting peace so long as we give our allegiance to the whole conglomeration of institutionalized exploiters and murderers we know as the state.”
