or forever not 

have any true peace

within and externally 

Say your piece 

enthusiastically 

Write a piece

on the state of the world today

or about anything

Speak away—

find a podium,

whichever medium

Spill your heart and guts out

Shpill it out

Spell out your arguments 

Be effective with brevity—

or go long if you must.
