SEATTLE POEMS
Seattle (Before and After)
When I last left her,
she was nice, clean, chill...
I enjoyed getting to the very heart of her
She was ... adorable and admirable
I was left on a high with her
a good, clean high...
….that was before the turn of the century
Since then, she changed
became deranged, dirty, grew distant,
absolutely misearble
Thoughts of her bring me down
I don’t even recognize her anymore
