No other place like it that you'll ever visit and greet
Excess and ecstasy galore along Bourbon Street
Waste not a morsel of any dish Étouffée!
On the whole, safe — some parts exquisite indeed
Rough and ugly edges too though—- so do take heed.
Lounging on the lawn to picnic is quite the thing
Even elaborate touring of cemeteries is a hip happening.
Another thing, but of caution you should know:
Never get suckered by 3 Card Monte and sneaker scams— but do
Save room—plenty of belly room—to devour les beignets!
