Laidback and “look-at-me” kind of town,
One can say about La-La land
Stereotypes? Yeah, they're often sound
Although it can be a grind
Needing to work day & moonlight to pay for food, pay rent,
Gas and parking (or Metro pass) and pesky bills
Easy-peasy chill lifestyle thus eliminated
Look-at-me deal though is ever apparent
Especially on the Westside where
Superficial attention hogs and show-offs saturate the place
Cool acrostic.
But it’s LA
And I love it anyway!
