WINTER TRAVEL NOTES- G.B.
What to pack and wear? Beanie hat with ear cover, insolated ski hat with fur/fur-like warmth, double knit neck wrap, wool overcoat (parka, anorak), waterproof windbreaker, hooded jacket, insolated gloves/mittens, texting gloves, waterproof boots/shoes, long underwear, leggings, flannels (shirt, lined pant, etc), wool blended socks, moisture-wicking/temperature controlled socks.
Layer up with pieces!
On the road:
Go slowly when snow.
Avoid cruise control in wintry conditions.
At Packer Games:
Get a seat cushion. Seating at Lambeau Field means metal bleachers in Lower and Second Level areas. You don’t want your precious bottom on metal in cold G.B. weather. You can opt to rent a seat however.
Drink warm beer. If you have to have a beer at the game, drink it the typical non American way- warm or room temp.
Fly to Green Bay for cheaper via CHEAPOAIR Airport Code: GRB
No doubt about it, Green Bay is Packer-Proud!
